Elaboration of a strategic document with transversal actions to reduce the environmental and social impact of the PSM Area’s activity, and to monitor the implementation of the actions. The strategic axes of the Plan follow the Area’s internal operating scheme and were drawn up in a participatory process with the Area’s staff. Elaboration of good implementation practices and monitoring of the Plan’s indicators.
