The SPP Regions project focuses on the creation and expansion of sustainable and innovative regional public procurement networks. In the framework of the project, the following are also prepared: reports on dialogue with the market, the use of life cycle costs in procurement, and procurement for the circular economy; as well as tools to estimate CO2 emissions and energy savings from contracts. Joint participation with the Network of Cities and Towns towards the Sustainability of the Provincial Council of Barcelona.
