Advice to Barcelona City Council in the process of internal environmentalization and tender greening. . Initiated from an environmental audit of the Council Building and the building of the Municipal Institute of Education of Barcelona (IMEB) carried out by Ecoinstitut, in 2001 the “Green Office” program was born (pioneer in the State) which in 2006 was transformed into the ” + Sustainable City Council Programme”.
