Publication addressed to political leaders in Mediterranean countries in the field of developing sustainable consumption and production policies (SCP). . It is a set of methodological tools to guide countries in the development of National SCP Action Plans to incorporate SCP into related national policy and governance frameworks and processes, such as green economy, sustainable development or efficiency in the consumption of resources. The Guide also includes tools and instruments for implementation.
